Forecast, cash and runway
A living forecast with base and downside cases, so hiring and spending decisions are made against cash - not instinct.
Fractional finance for founder-led startups
I take ownership of forecasting, runway, management reporting and investor-ready finance, bringing a tailored Finance OS into every engagement - without the cost or commitment of a full-time finance lead.
One focused call. No hard sell. I will tell you quickly if I am not the right fit.

The gap I solve
An accountant records what happened. I build the forward-looking finance layer that helps you decide what to do next - and take responsibility for keeping it current.
What I step in to own
I work above the accounting layer, turning historical records into a usable forecast, decision cadence and investor narrative.
A living forecast with base and downside cases, so hiring and spending decisions are made against cash - not instinct.
Management reporting, actual versus plan, KPI commentary and investor-ready outputs that explain what changed and what happens next.
Model review, financial data-room support and a clean finance narrative that can withstand investor questions and diligence.
Management-data cleanup, reporting structure, KPI definitions and finance cadence - working alongside your accountant or bookkeeper.
Included in every ongoing engagement
Every client gets a tailored Finance Operating System: the working layer where forecast, cash, runway, KPIs, actual versus budget and reports are brought together in one place.
It is configured around your company and maintained as part of my engagement. Your team does not need to buy another finance tool or manage another implementation. The system supports the work; my judgment and ownership are what you are hiring.

Two ways to start
We agree the outcome, information needed and timetable upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.
Fixed-fee engagementScope and fee confirmed upfront
One company. One legal entity. One hiring or spending decision.
A defined route into ongoing support if continued finance ownership is the right fit.
Monthly retainerScoped to the company and finance cadence
A focused finance cadence for one operating company with an accountant or bookkeeper already in place.
A good fit when
Not the right engagement

Anna Ferrazzini
I have more than nine years of experience across venture-backed startups, international businesses and global financial institutions.
My work has included building cross-border finance and operating infrastructure across the US and Germany, rebuilding the finance function of a 100+ person international business, leading a 15-person team and supporting a pre-Series A finance workstream involving more than 100 investors and stakeholders.
Earlier in my career, I worked at UBS Switzerland, Emirates NBD and former Rothschild Trust. I now bring that combination of structure and hands-on execution to founder-led companies.
How it starts
You will know what I need from you, what I will own and when you can expect the first useful output.
We discuss the decisions ahead, what is already working and where you need stronger finance ownership.
I send a tailored information request and work with the systems and records your team already uses.
You receive the proposed scope, priorities, timing and commercial terms in writing before we begin.
Straight answers
No. I work above that layer. They own the books, tax and statutory compliance; I own forward-looking finance, reporting and decision support.
No. I bring and configure it as part of the engagement. It is delivery infrastructure for our work, not a standalone software sale.
Yes, particularly US-linked and international startups, provided an appropriate local professional owns bookkeeping, tax and statutory requirements.
I send you a concise proposed scope explaining what I would take ownership of, what I need from your team, the timing and commercial terms. If we agree to proceed, I fit the setup around your existing systems and providers and keep the demands on you as light as possible.
One finance gap. One focused conversation.
